Live Copepods are shipped Monday – Wednesday to ensure alive arrival to your door.
Can I make changes to my order?
Absolutely! Just send us an email within 4 hours after placing your order and we will accomodate any changes.
What is your return policy?
For all live goods, you must contact us on the same day of delivery and provide details of the issue.
The payment failed but I still see a charge on my account!
That is only a temporary hold and funds will be released within 1-3 days depending on your bank. You will not get charged for something you did not purchase!
